2010 Globes predix

The Globes has lost its reputation as harbinger for the Oscars. That image has gone on to the more accurate critics at the Broadcast Film Critics Association. The HFPA, however, remains powerful in attracting A-list stars to their annual event but not without attracting the usual allegations of favoritism and, more recently, of fraud by a disgruntled former publicist. But the Globes, notwithstanding its recent decline in prestige, remains one of the biggest award season shows in the run-up to the biggest of them all, the Academy Awards. 

On Sunday, the HFPA will hand out their Globes selection and here are my predictions (for movies only. TV choices are very wild and quite unreliable) based on their historical preferences and choices:
